Lee Thayer has been an invited speaker in most of the leadership programs around the world. Combining his early experience as an executive with degrees in engineering and psychology, Dr. Thayer has developed a unique and functional framework for understanding what it takes to lead the way to great achievement, and how to do it. He has served as a consultant for such firms as Pratt-Whitney, IBM, AT&T, Westinghouse, Boeing, Shell, General Motors, Sealtest Foods, Hallmark, and the U.S. Air Force. More recently, he has been devoting his full time to small to medium-sized organizations, where the impact is more readily apparent. He was the consultant behind the now well-known success story at Johnsonville Foods.

Thayer?s passion is ?to help committed CEOs and other top executives to transform themselves into leaders, and their organizations into more vigorous, more adaptive, healthier, even more humanizing, high-performance organizations.?

Todd Hendricks

Developing Leaders at T.H. Properties
One of Todd's passions is to develop his people, which goes hand in hand with growing his business.

T.H. Properties was established in 1992, when brothers and owners, Tim and Todd Hendricks, bought their first parcel of land. Together they sought to build a company with a resounding emphasis on quality, integrity and honesty. Today, T.H. Properties (THP) has positioned itself as a dominant force in the Philadelphia Residential Building market with an enterprise that is rapidly growing.

THP's owners, Tim and Todd Hendricks, grew up understanding that success in life would come by upholding their values of integrity and honesty. They learned this formula from their father, a custom builder himself. Their father taught them how to build both a quality home and a quality reputation with customers and within the community.

Todd is the administrative partner responsible for the supervision of financial, marketing, operations, personnel and organizational matters.
