Meet the Speakers:
Mario O. Vicari, Jr., is a director in the Audit and Accounting group at Kreischer Miller. He is a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has over 20 years of broad experience in providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to privately held and family-owned entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. His expertise includes a wide range of areas such as business and strategic planning, transaction support, business valuation, financial management, performance assessment and improvement.
Chuck Creighton joined Key Advisors Group in 1982 after graduating with honors from Widener University. He became the firm's Pension Specialist in 1985 and the Brokerage Manager in 1986. Chuck concentrates his practice in the area of Retirement and Estate Planning and works with companies in developing their executive benefit programs. Chuck has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChF-C) designations.
Jonathan Samel is a Partner at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, business law, tax law and family business succession. Jon helps clients with all legal aspects of the formation and operation of various kinds of business organizations, including proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and joint ventures. He also has substantial experience in negotiating and completing the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, tax-deferred exchanges and other similar arrangements.

From Philadelphia and PA Turnpike:
Take the Schuylkill Expressway (76W) to 476N (Blue Route/Plymouth Meeting) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (276E). You will be going toward New Jersey.
Take Exit 343, formerly Exit 27 (Willow Grove) off the PA Turnpike. Follow Rt. 611 North to the second light (look for the Hess gas station on the left) and get into the left turn lane. Make a left onto Blair Mill Road and then take your first right into Williamson?s.
Heading SOUTH on Rt. 611 (Easton Road):
Make a right onto Blair Mill Road at the Hess gas station and then take your first right into Williamson?s.
Heading EAST on Rt. 63 East ? (Welsh Road):
Turn left onto Blair Mill Road (Prudential Campus will be on your right) and follow it for about 1 1/10 miles. Go past Gibraltar Road, which comes in only on your left, and turn left at the second driveway immediately past the Madison Bank into Williamson?s.
Heading WEST on Rt. 63 - (Moreland/Welsh Road):
Turn right onto Blair Mill Road (Prudential Campus will be on your left) and follow it for about 1 1/10 miles. Go past Gibraltar Road, which comes in only on your left, and turn left at the second driveway immediately past the Madison Bank into Williamson?s.
