At the end of the Vietnam War, Joe Oliver was 1 of the 10,000 employees downsized from Boeing Helicopter Division where he worked as an engineer. Rooted in his strong faith, integrity and engineering savvy, Joe built a superior customer service company, Oliver Heating & Cooling, which today is led by non-family president, Rocco Pace, and supported by an outside Board of Directors. In 2009 the Olivers successfully transferred the stewardship of ownership to the next generation!

Members of the 2nd and 3rd generations of the McVaugh Family, Laboratory Testing Inc., Hatfield, will share about the development of their Family Council. As chair of the Family Council, Joan McVaugh is giving leadership to their growing Council which is in the process of bringing in the third generation.

Learn how they are implementing some best practices including an outside board of directors and family business policies. A growing company, LTI has been recognized as a Best Places to Work in 2007 and 2009.

Directions from Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia
From New Jersey use either the Ben Franklin or Walt Whitman bridge. Head West on the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76W) to Exit 331A (I-476 South-"Blue Route"). Exit is just past Conshohocken on the left. Take I-476 South to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova). Turn right onto Route 30 East (Lancaster Ave.). Go to third traffic light and turn right onto Sproul Rd. (Route 320). RVCC is located 1.5 miles on the left.

From Northeast Philadelphia, I-95 North and surrounding area, Central and Western PA:
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 25 (Mid-County I-476 South) and follow signs to I-476 South (Blue Route). Take I-476 South to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova). Turn right onto Route 30 East (Lancaster Ave.). Go to third traffic light and turn right onto Sproul Rd. (Route 320). RVCC is located 1.5 miles on the left.

From New York and central New Jersey
Take New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 6 (PA Turnpike). Take Pennsylvania Turnpike West to Exit 25 (Mid-County I-476 South) and follow signs to I-476 South (Blue Route). Take I-476 South to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova). Turn right onto Route 30 East (Lancaster Ave.). Go to third traffic light and turn right onto Sproul Rd. (Route 320). RVCC is located 1.5 miles on the left.

From Philadelphia Airport
Take Exit 9 off I-476 (Blue Route). Turn left onto Route 3. At 3rd traffic light turn right onto Church Lane. Continue as this road turns into Route 320 and Sproul Road. RVCC will be approximately 3 miles on your right.
